Patients posted for upper limb surgery
Adult patients aged 30 to 60 years of both sexes
Patients belonging to ASA grade I-II
Weight 40-80 kgs
Patients not willing to participate in the study
Patients with hemi diaphragmatic paralysis of the contralateral side.
Rib fracture, COPD, Intercostal drain for pneumo/ heamothorax.
H/O allergic reactions to local anesthetics
•Patients on anticoagulant therapy and H/O coagulation disorders
•Local infection at the proposed site of puncture for supraclavicular block
