Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Patients who are on phenytoin monotherapy for
- •prophylaxis or treatment since one month
- •2 Patients willing to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Age below 18 years
- •2 Patients with clinical H/o hepatic failure, renal failure,
- •hypoalbuminemia, anaemia
- •3 Patients suffering from psychological disorder
- •4 Pregnant and lactating women
- •5 Patients of the same family
- •6 Patients taking drugs which induce or inhibit CYP2C9
- •and CYP2C19 enzymes
