Inclusion Criteria

1 Patients who are on phenytoin monotherapy for

prophylaxis or treatment since one month

2 Patients willing to give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

1 Age below 18 years

2 Patients with clinical H/o hepatic failure, renal failure,

hypoalbuminemia, anaemia

3 Patients suffering from psychological disorder

4 Pregnant and lactating women

5 Patients of the same family

6 Patients taking drugs which induce or inhibit CYP2C9

and CYP2C19 enzymes
