Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) If Stroke patients within 6 months of onset (diagnosis including infarction or Hemorrhage) have symptoms of hemiplegia, (2\) MMSE\-K (Korean simplified mental health test, Mini Mental State Examination – Korean) at least 24 points, (3\) patients with standing under a minimal assist, (4\) patients with decreased dynamic balance ability of 14 seconds or more before conducting the study, and (5\) patients without skin disease to attach and detach kinesio taping to the sole of the foot

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Patients with cardiopulmonary disease who are difficult to participate in the study, (2\) patients with bone fractures in the lower extremities or a history of surgery with artificial structures inserted into the joints, (3\) patients with MMSE\-K scores of 23 or less, (4\) patients with outpatient visits, and (5\) patients with chronic strokes more than 6 months from the onset were excluded.
