1.Patient of any age having caries under ICDAS II criteria.
2. Permanent molars were included in the study for the purpose of
clinical comparison
3. The caries lesion should have extended till the dentine level,
without extensive coronal destruction. (Intra-oral radiographs
were taken to verify the caries involvement).
4. Selected Patients gave consent for the clinical examination and
operative procedures.
1.Patients With any medical or dental condition that could impact the
study results during its expected length.
2.Patient who have any systemic disease condition.
3.Patient having incipient carious lesion on the enamel or extensive
deep lesions close to the dental pulp
4.Patients who presented molars with clinical or radiographical signs
and symptoms of irreversible pulpitis.
6. Presence of abscess or fistula in relation to the teeth selected for
the study.
