1.EFA - Intervention in people with asthma and reported at least one of the following outcomes: asthma symptom score, lung function measures, asthma medication usage, and adverse events.
2.Age between 30 to 60 years.
3.2 ?6 exacerbations in the previous 12 months.
4.ACQ ?6 score = 1.5 at least twice during screening.
5.Pre ?bronchodilator FEV1 90% and above.
6.People with asthma of any duration , severity, gender and ethnicity
1.Evidence of comorbidities like HIV/AIDS.
2.Presence of psychiatric co-morbidity
3.Other neurological diseases.
4.Known cases of uncontrolled hypertension.
5.Uncontrolled or unprotected airway with risk of aspiration.
6.Any cardiac disorders.
7. Valvular diseases and respiratory disorders like Bronchiectasis, Cystic fibrosis, and Pneumothorax.
8.Recent surgery.
