Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Being over 60 years old
  • willingness to participate
  • Health in terms of hearing, vision and cognition
  • Ability to use a smartphone
  • Not doing other sports while doing qigong
  • Not doing any kind of relaxation technique
  • Not having an activity prohibition order from the doctor
  • Not suffering from acute and advanced physical and mental diseases that prevent doing exercises
  • The fear of falling score is higher than 10

Exclusion Criteria

  • Unwillingness to continue cooperation
  • Not doing more than 3 sessions of exercises
  • Suffering from physical diseases that prevent full participation in training
