Inclusion Criteria
- •\&\#61602;Patients with SICH presenting within 72 hours from the onset of the acute symptoms would be included
- •\&\#61602;Age \> 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •?Intraventricular extension
- •?Infratentorial location
- •?h/o anticoagulation
- •?bleeding disorders
- •?hemorrhage related to intracranial neoplasm
- •?presence of AV malformations
- •?Critically ill at admission
- •?Presence of end organ damage ( CCF, respiratory failure and others)
