•In order to be eligible to participate in this study, a subject must meet all of the following criteria:
•-Age 18-40 years
•-Written informed consent
•Are the trial subjects under 18? no
•Number of subjects for this age range:
•F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes
•F.1.2.1 Number of subjects for this age range 14
•F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) no
•F.1.3.1 Number of subjects for this age range

•A potential subject who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study:
•-Hypertension (Blood pressure >140 mmHg and/or >90 mmHg – SBP/DBP-)
•-Diabetes Mellitus (fasting glucose > 7.0 mmol/L or random > 11.0 mmol/L)
•-History of any cardiovascular disease
•-History of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or asthma
•-Bleeding tendency
•-Concomitant use of medication
•-Renal dysfunction (MDRD < 60 ml/min)
•-Liver enzyme abnormalities (ALAT > twice upper limit of normality)
•-Thrombocytopenia (<150*109/ml)
•-Second/third degree AV-block on electrocardiography
