- •1. Patients aged between 20 and 79
- •2. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in lateral decubitus position
排除标准
- •1. Patients with emphysematous lung lesion
- •2. Patients with moderate or more chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (FEV1 / FVC < 70% ; 50% = FEV1 < 80%)
- •3. Patients with pulmonary hypertension
- •4. Patients with right heart failure
- •5. Pleural injury during surgery
- •6. Refusal of consent
- •7. Pateints who are judged to be inappropriate for the clinical trial according to the opinion of the investigator of the trial
