1. All individuals of 15 to 45 years of age. 2.Individuals with Fitzpatrick skin type IV & V.
3. Individuals given informed consent and willing to participate & follow up.
4. Individuals having Striae Distensae over Arms, Abdomen, Back, Thighs, Chest & Gluteal region
1. Individuals with Fitzpatrick skin type I-III
2. Individuals not willing to give informed consent
3. Patients outside age criteria
4. Contraindication to surgical procedure
5. History of hypertrophic scarring or keloid
6. Active infections like herpes
7. Pregnancy/ lactating women
8. Systemic, autoimmune, bleeding disorders, patients on anticoagulant drugs and with unrealistic expectations.
9. Patients with Pacemaker/cochlear implant
10. Patient who have received treatment for Laser resurfacing in the last 06 months.
11. Patients with photosentivity disorders like LE, Dermatomyositis.
12. Patients with unrealistic expectations.

Name Time Method To compare the Outcome of Striae Distensae post Microneedling radiofrequency (MNRF) and microneedling with dermaroller combined with platelet rich plasmaTimepoint: outcome will be assessed at baseline, 4 weeks, 8weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks by comparing the pre and post procedure visual analogue scale, patient satisfaction scale and Manchester Scar Scale
