In this study, included were individuals who (a) could communicate without cognitive impairment, understand the aims of this study, and consent in writing, (b) could eat alone and maintain the sitting position for 2 hours after meal, (c) had no medical history hospitalized with acute disease within recent 1 month, (d) did not take medications that affect the digestive function (especially, such as gastrointestinal stimulants), and (e) had systolic blood pressure reduction of more than 20mmHg within 2 hours after meal in screening test.
