Patients being prepared for autologous or allogeneic HSCT
Patients must be able to read, understand and answer the complete questionnaires written in German themselves
According to the assessment of the study doctors, patients must be in a good physical condition to be able to carry out light physical exercise
Age = 18, maximum 80 years
Dated and signed patient consent form
Patients who meet the criteria for autologous or allogeneic HSCT
Patients with chronic and/or infectious diseases at the time of the planned inclusion, which, despite the planned HSCT, currently and in the future make the intended sporting training impossible
Patients with cardiac pacemakers and/or defibrillators
Patients with arm or leg amputation
Patients for whom an exact determination of weight and height is not possible
Patients with known drug or alcohol dependence and ongoing abuse
