入选标准
- •Patients willing to give written informed consent.
- •Age 20 to 40 years.
- •Patients with ASA grade I and II.
- •Patients undergoing elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •Patients allergic to drug used for spinal anaesthesia.
- •Parturients with contraindication for spinal anesthesia.
- •History of migraine headache.
- •More than one puncture.
- •Any obstetric complications.
- •Chronic use of analgesics.
结局指标
主要结局
To determine the number of cases who develop post dural puncture headache
时间窗: In the post anaesthesia care unit patients will be interviewed for PDPH on day 1, day2, day3. day4 and day5.
次要结局
- Intensity assessment of PDPH by using a numeric rating scale.(To asses the relationship of body mass index with the incidence of PDPH.)
