patients over 18 years old; diagnosis of head and neck cancer; indication of radiotherapy treatment
Radiotherapy treatment with a dose lower than 50Gy in the primary treatment area; patients with neurological, psychomotor and/or psychiatric disorders; patients with neoplasia in the region to be irradiated; with undiagnosed clinical lesions in the irradiated region; on the skin of patients who make topical use of photosensitive substances; patients with complex arrhythmias and heart failure; patients with hematological neoplasms; patients with uncontrolled glaucoma; cataracts without medical supervision; pregnant patients; patients with tattoos in the region to be applied the laser

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find a clinical and pain reduction in oral mucositis and an improvement in quality of life. Verified using the scale method proposed by the WHO and the criteria recommended by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), as well as the quality of life questionnaire - University of Washington Quality of Life (UW-QOL). We will observe 60% of patients with pain related to MO less than 5 on the EVA visual pain scale and we will observe a 30% reduction in loss of quality of life according to the questionnaire during radiotherapy treatment
