- Subjects who chronic neck pain more than 3 months unknown cause assessed by screening physical examination
- Aged between 20 and 50 years
- The visual analog scale (VAS), pain level at the last week of subject between 45 and 74 mm (moderate pain)
- The neck disability index (NDI), less than 24 scores (out of possible 50)
- The average time per day during sitting at least 4 hours
- Agree to accept the following terms and conditions of study
- History of abnormal cervical spine such as disk prolapse, spinal stenosis, spasmodic torticollis, spondylolisthesis
- Postoperative conditions in the neck and shoulder areas
- History of migraine
- History of Vertigo
- Vertebrobasilar insufficiency: VBI
- Demonstrated neurological signs such as muscles weakness, numbness
- Fibromyalgia
- Shoulder diseases such as shoulder tendonitis, shoulder bursitis, shoulder adhesive capsulitis, shoulder impingement
- Inflammatory rheumatic diseases
- Pregnancy
