Inclusion Criteria

histopathologic proof of renal cell cancer
- existing of mri/ct-scan imaging
- surgery at urologic department of Klinikum Region Hannover
- consent of partipitation for the study

Exclusion Criteria

- hereditary or aquired bleeding tendency
- anatomic anomaly which prevent standard approach

Primary Outcome Measures

The primary outcome is to analyse the rate of compilcations (= Grad III nach Clavien-Dindo) after surgery on renal cell cancer depending on the operative method and R.E.N.A.L.-Score.

Secundary outcome is to analyse the impact of the operative method an R.E.N.A.L.-Score on the intraoperative factors and blood loose, warm ischemia, and operative time and the perioperative parameters, level of hemoglobin, glomerulare filtrationsrate, necessity of drain and duration of stay of drain. Furthemore it is analysed, if it is an training operation or expert operation (more than 40 Operation in the last three years).
