Inclusion Criteria

Sixty patients
American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I and II
aged from 18 to 65 years
of either sex
undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty for vertebral compression fractures, metastatic fractures of the spine

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with known allergies to any drug used in the study
patients with a pregnancy
patients on sustained release narcotics and substance abuse
patients not giving consent
