Inclusion Criteria
1) Nurses who are directly involved in the care of oncology patients.
2) Nurses who are employed at the hospital at least 6 months in the oncology department
3) Nurses who are qualified as GNM, PPBsC, BSc, MSc, or Ph.D. in Nursing and registered in respective nursing councils
Exclusion Criteria
1) Nurses who are planning for maternity leave, sick leave, and sabbatical leave
2) Nurses who are diagnosed with medical/psychiatric illness
3) Nurses who are working as a trainee
4) Nurses who are confirmed of leaving the job at the time of recruitment to the study
5) Nurses who are undergoing or undergone any alternative therapies
