Inclusion Criteria
Subjects who are willing to participate in the study after signing the informed consent form.
Subjects who are diagnosed with overweight and obesity grade I according to their BMI.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnant and lactating women
2. Diabetes Mellitus,
3. Hypertension,
4. Hypothyroidism,
5. PCOD
6. Hyperthyroidism patients
7. Hypotension patients
8. Hypoglycaemic patients
9. Allergic to cinnamon
10. Recent surgery
