Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Multipara with FTND
- •2\. 6 weeks postpartum
- •3\. Age 25 to 40 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Female with previous history of abdominal surgeries
- •2\.Female with BMI \> 40 kg/m2
- •3\.Musculoskeletal problems
- •4\.Subjects suffering from any heart or respiratory condition
- •5\.Any injury to back or fracture of Vertebra
