Inclusion Criteria
1. Multipara with FTND
2. 6 weeks postpartum
3. Age 25 to 40 years
Exclusion Criteria
1.Female with previous history of abdominal surgeries
2.Female with BMI > 40 kg/m2
3.Musculoskeletal problems
4.Subjects suffering from any heart or respiratory condition
5.Any injury to back or fracture of Vertebra
