30 Patients who have low back pain for at least recent 4 weeks of duration, from 18 years to under 65 years old. He/she should have discomfort of more than 40mm out of 100mm visual analogue scale (VAS) from low back pain for a week before registering, doesn't have positive signs about neurological examination, and agrees not to participate any other study which can affect to this study's result.
? Those who have been diagnosed with a serious disease that is thought to be a direct cause rather than idiopathic causes of back pain; Vertebral fracture, spinal infection, inflammatory spondylitis, malignant tumor, etc.
? If there is a history of spinal surgery or surgery is scheduled within the study period
? If he/she has other areas of pain that are worse than back pain
? Those who are pregnant or lactating
? People who complain of low back pain due to menstruation
? Other chronic diseases that may interfere with the interpretation of treatment effects or outcomes
? Patients whose cognitive function is severely deteriorated, making it difficult to agree and cooperate with the research
? Patients related to the lawsuit or compensation due to back pain
? Currently taking corticosteroids, narcotics, muscle relaxants, or herbal medicines for the treatment of back pain, or taking medicines that other researchers consider inappropriate.
? If the researcher judges that it is inappropriate for clinical research
