Exposure group
1) Those who are diagnosed with diabetic foot ulcers;
2) Age from 40 to 80 years old, no gender limit;

Non-exposed group

1) Exclude patients with severe arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, and heart failure;
2) Exclude severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, respiratory system, etc.
