Inclusion Criteria
18 years or older
- visual evidence (MRT/CT) of an acute unilteral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke in the left or right hemisphere
-NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) equal 4 or below
- written consent of the patient
Exclusion Criteria
- other neurological deseases of the CNS
- psychiatric disorders before the stroke
- bihemispheric lesions (e.g. old strokes) or significant microangiopathy
- acute pain disorder
- disabilities in movement and sensory perception
- first language other than german
