The frailty status of older people according to frailty phenotype criteria could be improved or delayed by home exercise program and nutritional education. Various biomarkers associated with frailty status will also be investigated.

Inclusion Criteria

Older people aged 60 years or more in the vicinity area around Siriraj medical school. No plan to move out of the community for the next 3 months.

Exclusion Criteria

having Covid-19 infection, communication difficulties, cognitive impairment (TMSE <18), life expectancy less than 6 months, uncontrolled underlying diseases (pulmonary congestion, respiratory rate > 22/min., blood pressure < 90/60 mmHg or > 180/100 Hg, heart rate > 100/min, oxygen saturation <92%, symptoms of dyspnea, palpitation or chest pain), leg deformity, having acute illness and admitted in the hospital for the last 3 months.
