Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Older people aged 60 years or more in the vicinity area around Siriraj medical school. No plan to move out of the community for the next 3 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •having Covid\-19 infection, communication difficulties, cognitive impairment (TMSE \<18\), life expectancy less than 6 months, uncontrolled underlying diseases (pulmonary congestion, respiratory rate \> 22/min., blood pressure \< 90/60 mmHg or \> 180/100 Hg, heart rate \> 100/min, oxygen saturation \<92%, symptoms of dyspnea, palpitation or chest pain), leg deformity, having acute illness and admitted in the hospital for the last 3 months.
