- •Older people aged 60 years or more in the vicinity area around Siriraj medical school. No plan to move out of the community for the next 3 months.
排除标准
- •having Covid-19 infection, communication difficulties, cognitive impairment (TMSE <18), life expectancy less than 6 months, uncontrolled underlying diseases (pulmonary congestion, respiratory rate > 22/min., blood pressure < 90/60 mmHg or > 180/100 Hg, heart rate > 100/min, oxygen saturation <92%, symptoms of dyspnea, palpitation or chest pain), leg deformity, having acute illness and admitted in the hospital for the last 3 months.
