Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1)Patients of age between 20 - 60 years of age irrespective of gender, religion, education and socioeconomic status.
- •2)Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of internal haemorrhoids and fulfilling Goligherâ??s grade 1st & 2nd criteria.
- •3)Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Arsha indicated for Kshara karma i.e. Mrudu (Soft), Prasruta (Extensive), Avagadha (Deeply Situated), Uchhrita ( Projectile) Arsha.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1)Goligharâ??s Grade 3rd and 4th degree haemorrhoids
- •2)Infective / Inflamed haemorrhoids
- •3)Thrombosed Haemorrhoids.
- •4)Haemorrhoids with anal fissure and fistula-in-ano
- •5)Ano-rectal malignancy
- •6)Uncontrolled Hypertension & Diabetes mellitus
- •7)HIV, HBsAg & VDRL Positive cases
- •8)Pregnancy induced Haemorrhoids
