- •1.Patient with chronic unilateral shoulder pain with duration of >=3 months
- •2.intensity >=3 VAS
- •3. myofascial trigger points in upper trapezius
排除标准
- •Patients with-
- •1) adhesive capulities with more than 50% reduction in ROM
- •2) complete rotator cuff tear
- •3) neck pain with radiating symptoms
- •4) post-operated condition
- •5) acute traumatic injury around shoulder complex
- •6) systemic musculoskeletal pain
