Inclusion Criteria
Infants and children aged < 5 years
Those who would be admitted for at least 7 days
Exclusion Criteria
Prior history of probiotic intake within 6 weeks
The information of prior probiotic intake will be checked from prescription slips and the drugs carried by the patients.
