Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis ( Mild and Moderate ).
Either patients or relatives having smart phone and know how to use smart phone and who can read Hindi, English, Punjabi.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with Psychiatric illness.
