入选标准
- •All adult males greater than 18 years of age with clinically diagnosed LS induced urethral strictures on retrograde urethrography willing to participate in study after written informed consent.
排除标准
- •1.Age less than 18 years
- •2.Patients not willing or unable to perform self-calibration
- •3.Patients with Traumatic urethral strictures or strictures secondary to any other etiology other than LS
- •Patients with active UTI
- •Uncontrolled diabetes
- •Patients with burnt out LS with completely narrowed lumen where dilatation is not possible
