1. Among outpatients with facial palsy who has visited the research institution for the first time, the patients whose primary diagnosis is facial palsy(G51.0-bell palsy, G51.8-detailed facial neuropathy, G51.9-facial nerve damage, B022-lamsayhunt syndrome) after the treatment
2. Patients with facial palsy which occurred within 7 days
3. Adult patients who are over the age of 19, and who has decided to participate in the study of their own will or their legal representative's will and signed the consent form.
1. Patients participating in other clinical studies (not applicable to those participating in observational studies)
2. Patients with a history of facial palsy
3. Patients with bilateral facial palsy
4. Patients receiving Korean medicine treatment through other Korean medicine clinics or Korean medicine hospitals
5. Patients who are expected to have difficulty adapting to clinical research schedules
6. Patients who are expected to have difficulty understanding and responding to research questionnaires such as illiteracy and mental and physical weaknesses
7. Patients who are determined by researchers that they are unable to participate in the study
