- •-Patients with histologically confirmed mantle cell lymphoma
- •-Advanced stage II-IV
- •-Previously untreated
- •-65 years and older, or 55-65 years if not eligible for high dose chemotherapy
- •-Written informed consent
- •-Adequate organ function
