入选标准
- •1.Patient of both gender age 30-60 years.
- •2.Pre - hypertensive 120-139 or 80-90 mm Hg.
- •3.BMI >= 25 kg/m2.
- •4.Serum triglyceride ( 150-499 mg/dl).
- •5.Serum cholesterol (200- 240 mg/dl).
- •6.HDL cholesterol ( men > 40 mg/dl),( women > 50 mg/dl).
排除标准
- •1.Patients below the age of 30 years and above 60 years.
- •2.Uncontrolled Blood Pressure.
- •3.Diabetic patients.
- •4.Pregnant and lactating women.
- •5Patients of other co- morbidities taking medicine.
