Inclusion Criteria

- The case of which diagnosis as aspergillosis could be performed from 2017 to 2018.
- Have H&E slide, paraffin block and complete pathological report from 2017 to 2018

Exclusion Criteria

- No H&E slide or paraffin block for immunostain or panfungal PCR.
- Cases in which immunostain or panfungal PCR could not be performed, i.e., small amount of tissue.
- Inadequate clinical history, i.e., unknown site.
- Inadequate pathological report, i.e., not describe feature of organism.
