- •(1) patients with symptomatic high-grade internal carotid stenosis as a result of transient ischemic attack or ischemic stroke Thrombectomy
- •(2) indication for surgical carotid eversion thrombectomy
- •(3) Existence of informed consent
排除标准
- •(1) The existence of intracerebral hemorrhage (2) Present broken skin within the scope of the medical device (redness, Neurodermatitis, etc.) and / or known allergy to ultrasound gel (3) Implementation of the carotid eversion thrombectomy later than 6 weeks after symptom onset (4) Severe heart failure, hemodynamically significant cardiac arrhythmias (5) contraindication to cerebral magnetic resonance imaging
