入选标准
- •? patients with pathologically T2a stage and proven to be adenocarcinoma
- •? patients with age between 30 and 80 old
- •? patients who can be performed curative resection for gallbladder cancer
- •? patients who have no recurrence for 5 years after resection for another malignancy
排除标准
- •? patients with pathologically T2b or T3 stage
- •? patients with peritoneal seeding or distant metastasis
- •? patients with other malignancy of certain organ or patients within 5 years after surgery for other malignacy
- •? patients who cannot be underwent R0 resection
- •? patients with direct invasion of liver by GB cancer on preoperative or intraoperative findings
- •? pathologically another malgnancy of gallbladder (such as adenosquamous, neuroendocrine turmor, etc) except adenocarcinoma
- •? patients who was underwent R1 or R2 resection after pathologic report.
