? patients with pathologically T2a stage and proven to be adenocarcinoma
? patients with age between 30 and 80 old
? patients who can be performed curative resection for gallbladder cancer
? patients who have no recurrence for 5 years after resection for another malignancy
? patients with pathologically T2b or T3 stage
? patients with peritoneal seeding or distant metastasis
? patients with other malignancy of certain organ or patients within 5 years after surgery for other malignacy
? patients who cannot be underwent R0 resection
? patients with direct invasion of liver by GB cancer on preoperative or intraoperative findings
? pathologically another malgnancy of gallbladder (such as adenosquamous, neuroendocrine turmor, etc) except adenocarcinoma
? patients who was underwent R1 or R2 resection after pathologic report.
