Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients under American society of Anesthesiologists grade I,II \& III.
  • •2\.Patients with Modified Mallampati clss I \& II.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with mouth opening \<2\.5cm.
  • •2\.Patiets with anticipated difficult airway.
  • •3\.Patiets with big sized goiters with history suggestive of obstructive symptoms or retrosternal extension.
  • •4\.Patients with cervical spine pathology or oral pathology.
  • •5\.Pregnant patients.
