Inclusion Criteria
- •Children of both sex (aged upto 17 years)
- •Children suffered from various cancers
- •Inpatients who were admitted because of an ADR or those who encountered an ADR during the study period
Exclusion Criteria
- •OPD patients
- •Patients with their attendants who are unwilling to participate in the study
