Inclusion Criteria

1.Pathological reported CIN 1 or low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) or HPV infection of cervix
2.age 18 years old or above
3.Understand in Thai language
4.Informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

1.cervical lesion involved more than 75% cervical surface area
2. Unsatisfactory colposcopy
3.Endocervical involvement
4.Pregnancy
5.Prior treatment of CIN
