Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age \- 60\-75 years
- •2\. Community dwelling older adults including males and females
- •3\. Older adults who are medically diagnosed for cardiometabolic pattern comorbid conditions who are in regular consultation with their physicians
- •4\. Independently living older adults with cardiometabolic pattern of multimorbidity
- •5\. Older adult with intact cognition (MMSE \>24\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient who had a stroke attack
- •2\. Unstable angina and myocardial infarction during previous month
- •3\. HR \>120 bpm
- •4\. SBP/DBP \>180/120 mm Hg
- •5\. Persons with neurological deficits
