Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age \- 60\-75 years
  • •2\. Community dwelling older adults including males and females
  • •3\. Older adults who are medically diagnosed for cardiometabolic pattern comorbid conditions who are in regular consultation with their physicians
  • •4\. Independently living older adults with cardiometabolic pattern of multimorbidity
  • •5\. Older adult with intact cognition (MMSE \>24\)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patient who had a stroke attack
  • •2\. Unstable angina and myocardial infarction during previous month
  • •3\. HR \>120 bpm
  • •4\. SBP/DBP \>180/120 mm Hg
  • •5\. Persons with neurological deficits
