1. Age - 60-75 years
2. Community dwelling older adults including males and females
3. Older adults who are medically diagnosed for cardiometabolic pattern comorbid conditions who are in regular consultation with their physicians
4. Independently living older adults with cardiometabolic pattern of multimorbidity
5. Older adult with intact cognition (MMSE >24)
1. Patient who had a stroke attack
2. Unstable angina and myocardial infarction during previous month
3. HR >120 bpm
4. SBP/DBP >180/120 mm Hg
5. Persons with neurological deficits
