Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Determination and differentiation of the concentration of reactive oxygen species (including hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)) in the cerebrospinal fluid
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Verification of the suitability of electron spin resonance and the Amplex™ Red hydrogen peroxide/peroxidase assay for the determination of reactive oxygen species (including hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)) from cerebrospinal fluid
