- •Using assisted reproductive methods for the first time
- •Presence of sperm in husband's semen
- •Number of antral follicles, less than or equal to 6
- •Anti-Mullerin hormone less equal to one
- •Follicle stimulating hormone FSH on the 3rd day of menstruation is more equal to 10
- •consent to participate in the study
- •Age 18 to 42 years
- •BMI between 19 and 29
排除标准
- •People with Müllerian anomalies and other structural causes of infertility
- •People who use anticoagulants such as warfarin
