Inclusion Criteria
patients with chronic hypertrophy of inferior turbinate, age group between 18 to 60 years
hypertrophy of inferior turbinate in symptomatic patients
patients not responding to medical treatment for inferior turbinate hypertrophy within a period of 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
patient with asymptomatic hypertrophy of inferior turbinate
patients who have already undergone any nasal surgery
patients with bleeding diathesis, acute respiratory tract infections, malignancy of nose and paranasal sinuses and other uncontrolled co morbidities
