Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients \>18 yrs, admitted in ICU from emergency and have baseline creatinine \<1 mg/dl
- •Mixed ICU, including surgical and medical patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patients with CKD on dialysis
- •\- Patients with terminal illness, malignancy,
- •Patients transferred from other hospital care facility
