1. Patients >18 yrs, admitted in ICU from emergency and have baseline creatinine <1 mg/dl
Mixed ICU, including surgical and medical patients
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients with CKD on dialysis
- Patients with terminal illness, malignancy,
Patients transferred from other hospital care facility
