Patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis in the posterior teeth confirmed clinically and radiographically.
Healthy patients of age group between 18-50 years
Patients having moderate to severe pre operative pain on Visual Analogue Scale.
Patients with pain on tenderness on percussion.
Periapical pathology, calcified canals immature or open apex, previous confirmed radiographically.
Patients with traumatic occlusion or sever malocclusion.
Pregnant or lactating mothers
Patients incapable of providing informed self-consent or below the age of 18.
Patients allergic to local anaesthetic agent
patients who took medications 12 hours before the procedure
