Inclusion Criteria
Patients with known case of Dyslipidemia
Patients having patterns of Dyslipidemia
Patients with inactive arterial disease
Patients who are obese according to Body mass index
Patient giving consent and maintaining follow-up
Exclusion Criteria
Patients not giving consent and maintaining follow-up.
Patients with active arterial disease.

Name Time Method At the end of study we expect that plant extract solutions of Guatteria Gaumeri & Crategus Oxycantha when given along with constitutional medicine can produce modulations in patterns of Dyslipidemia which we understand through Triglycerides, Low Density Lipoprotein, High Density Lipoprotein, Non-High Density Lipoprotein and Apolipoprotein B/Apolipoprotein A1 ratio readings as well as helpful in reductions of complications of Dyslipidemia.Timepoint: 9 months
